The founder and president of Genco Serv is Bill Gandsey. Bill has specialized in the restoration of residential and commercial properties for over 20 years. Properties sustaining damages from fire, smoke, water, vehicle impact, earthquake, mold, sewage and environmental contamination are among the unique specialties that Bill has been involved in restoring. Kitchen and bathroom design and remodeling are also strong fields that Bill has excelled in.
With multiple degrees from Cal State University at Fullerton, including a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science, Bill's technical knowledge is utilized in both the private and public sector. Bill has been the national instructor for Farmers Insurance for almost nine years. He is also an advisory board member for the Automobile Club of Southern California, a consulting contractor for many insurance carriers and property managers and an industry trainer for insurance adjusters. Bill also holds a license with State of California's Department of Health Services and many industry certifications.
